Hi Wind! Since I finished the previous color-in (finally ^^') I'll happily claim your form. ^^ Feel free to add me to the drawing whenever.
Regarding the spine, that's the mutation the comes on all common dracones, like this guy. Spines can always occur on a dracone, no matter their rarity, so its always an option. However... I personally don't think it'd look too great on a dracone that also has a fire mane. ^^' Up to you if you'd still like to have the spine anyway. ^^
Also, for your item, it seems your link no longer goes to the image you wanted to use as an example. Can you get a new link..? Sparkles sound like they'll be fun to make, but I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'from heat'. ^^'
