• please remember to follow all of cs rules and goobies rules.
• you may develop an unlimited amount of scented goobies at a time.
  
  just be sure to organize their development, so artists don't get confused on how much exp has been earned!
• please only post scented goo forms when an artist posts openings!
• please do not post questions here, as they may be lost!

⭐ HOW DO SCENTED GOOS WORK?
──────────────────────────────────────────────
scented goos begin as traitless customs.
by developing your goob with art or writing, you can acquire more traits for them.
we call this development "experience", you need to collect a certain amount to increase your goo's growth tier!

• 100 words = 1 experience point
  
  need ideas for what to write about?
• any art = 1 experience point
  
  art may be any medium, but must at least be colored.

growth tiers traits

• you'll get all traits listed under each growth, except for the ones with "or", you'll have to pick between the two options then!
• it's up to the artists to choose which traits to add, though you may wish for certain traits.
• there is a min and a max number of traits you can get, but ultimately it is up to the artists to decide how many traits to add.

growth 0: (0 experience points required)

• no edits.
growth 1: (3 experience points required)

• (1-2) g1 traits OR (1-2) t1 traits
growth 2: (6 experience points required)

• (1-2) g1 traits AND (1-2) t1 traits: min/max = (1-4) g1/t1 traits
• (1-2) g2 traits OR (1-2) t2 traits
growth 3: (10 experience points required)

• (1-2) g1 traits AND (1-2) t1 traits: min/max = (1-4) g1/t1 traits
• (1-2) g2 traits AND (1-2) t2 traits: min/max = (1-4) g2/t2 traits
• (1) g3 trait OR (1) t3 trait

• scented goobies may be traded, sold, or gifted, same as any other goob.
• scented goobies that have been traded, sold, or gifted will be automatically removed from scented goob status.

• due to artist availability, the original artist and editing artist/s may be different.
• similarly to the original scented goob's posting, it's up to the artists to determine what edits they wish to add, and how many they may want to add. you do however, influence which traits are chosen!

what if i want my goob's original design and edits to be made by the same artist?

wait for that artist to post openings!
can i use my scented goob for events?

absolutely!
can i breed my scented goob?

of course!
what does trait selection mean?

for the last decision of each growth level, you can only select one or the other, so for example...
for growth 1, would you rather have (1-2) g1 traits or (1-2) t1 traits?
for growth 2, would you rather have (1-2) g2 traits or (1-2) t2 traits?
for growth 3, would you rather have (1) g3 trait or (1) t3 trait?
i need some ideas on what to write about for growing my goob...

here's some ideas! write about your goobies... personality, relationships, inspirations, ambitions, hobbies, or home.
how do i draw my goob if they don't have a design yet?

you can draw what their home looks like, their favorite places, and even how they looked like as a goo!
can i add items to my scented goob?

you cannot add items to your scented goob! if you want to add items to your goob, you must first remove them from scented goob status, or wait until they reach growth level 3!
i have a "personal scented goob", what is that?

this is a special item only staff can receive! it allows them to post for a scented goob at any time, even when there are no "slots" open. just post a form below with your requested artist!
