Thank you. Its what every gender you want it to be. I sort of think it should be a he, but in some ways it could be a she. So its what you decide it should be.

I was thinking for a name maybe Stormbringer or Storm in Japanese, Arashi, or Lighning Strike in Japanese, Rakurai.
