Buzzies are a magical hybrid between dogs and bumblebees. They can be all shapes and sizes, but most can fit in the palm of your hand. According to all known laws of aviation, a Buzzy should not be able to fly, but it turns out these guys can fly even without wings!

They’re colorful, fun loving, and ready to be adopted into your family!

Please read this post carefully before hitting "color in"!

I know I said I wouldn't do this, however I wanna try and keep this species from dying again so I decided to run this in a way where hired artists will be able to keep the species going when I am on hiatuses!


About the Position:

-You must have a Discord account in order to be eligible to become an artist. There will be a staff group chat that discussions will be taken part in.
-Artists will be able to make adopts as their leisure- there is no minimum requirement. If you wish to step down you may do so at any point.
-Artists are permitted one unlimited rare and under custom per month regardless of activity. This custom can be gifted- but not sold. More customs per month are rewarded for every 3 *free* adopts.
-Artists are permitted to do paid adopts for any CS allowed currency (pets, C$, USD, etc.)
-Artists will have a post on the customs thread that they can take customs for players looking for MYOs.
-Artists may do mini-events like this with prior permission from me (and honestly, I'll always say yes just let me know beforehand). These events can be held at any time and do not have to be a sub-category for bigger events. The only events that wouldn't be allowed are Flash MYOs and large raffles.

Artist Search Rules:

1. Do not make a cover for your entries. Please post individual entries only.
2. Do not remove the "Artist Entry" sign. You may move it, rewrite it, etc. just make sure it's visible!
3. You may make as many entries as you'd like. However I value quality over quantity.
4. Artist entries are allowed to be claimed for MYOs, and can become official with the appropriate MYO ticket.
5. Line edits are not required, but they help your chances.
6. Trait lists are not required, but they also help your chances.
7. Please do not treat this as an OC maker/MYO maker. This is primarily for artist entries.
Buzzies ALWAYS must have:

-Honey somewhere on the body
(can be any color/substance. Does not need the honeycomb pattern)
-Antenna somewhere on the body

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Honey and antenna MUST be visible.


About the Lines:

-For line edits, I use the pen tool, opacity 100%, pen pressure on, 4 width, and smoothing 80%.
-They look best when you color the line art, but it is not required!
