𝓦hile an acanthelle cannot be owned - the idea's laughable, actually - a special human may be chosen to form a bond similar to friendship. As friendships do, this bond may deteriorate with time and new relationships take its place.

⊱ Acanthelle may not be sold for profit.

⊱ Adopted/custom acanthelle cannot be traded/sold for two weeks after being won/purchased.

⊱ Foals cannot be traded/sold for three weeks after being posted.

⊱ Acanthelle obtained for free may only be sold for the value of any art obtained and transferred with the character.

⊱ Purchased acanthelle may only be sold for the exact currency value it was originally purchased for, with the exception of the value of art obtained and transferred with the character.

⊱ Acanthelle may be traded for other acanthelle or characters, and they may be traded for breeding slots to other acanthelle or characters.

⊱ Acanthelle can be gifted through 'trade' here. Customs can be ordered as a gift to avoid having to wait two weeks to trade, but adopts/breedings cannot be made in another user's name and therefore must be traded here.

⊱ If you are on an artist’s blocked list, you may not obtain acanthelle designed by them through trades or giveaways.

⊱ In order for an ownership transfer to be complete and valid, one user must fill out a transfer form, and both users must post on that acanthelle’s oekaki.

⊱ Forms may be edited in size, but do not alter the color for archival purposes.

𝓟rocess

1. Come to a firm trade/gift agreement. Make sure you are both comfortable with the terms.
   
2. Both users need to post on the acanthelle's page regarding the transfer. Ex: 'Trading to xx' and 'Confirming and keeping name!'
3. One user, doesn't matter which, needs to fill out the transfer form and post it on this page. No WIPs.
4. If the archive isn't updated after one full week, PM/DM adheline for an update.
5. Multiple acanthelle between the same two users may go in the same form, but acanthelle going to multiple users must go in separate forms per user involved.


• The sale form is for when an acanthelle is sold for currency/slots/characters.
• The trade form is for when acanthelle are traded for other acanthelle.
• The gift form is for when acanthelle are given for free.
