Interest Check for Roleplays [rule update June 2018]

I’ll try keep this as short as possible, but I’ve noticed semi-lits struggle staying active for too long now <3

I don’t mind organising one and starting one up [human/humanoid semi-lit, maybe animal shifters, or fantasy etc..] if people would like? I’m also very open to the idea of getting another person or couple of people and co-owning/running it? There’d be a discord server for discussion/plotting and then the main thread on cs <3

I’m just saddened that a lot of rps tend to die young so I thought I’d see if there’s anyone out there with the same determination as me to grab one and do everything to prevent letting it go x,D

I’m not very good with plots, but general ideas could be:
werewolves - werewolves vs vampires or something?
supernatural - young gods, witches, a mix of all the above, werewolves
shape shifters - either relationship based or like perhaps there’s a threat etc..
apocalypse/survival island/etc..

just shoot me a dm if you’re interested in building something together or joining something! More than happy to give my discord tag if it’s easier. I’m not very fussed about what the plot would be, it’d just be nice to be able to get something with a bit of traction c:

I made an Okami-based RP here some years ago, which I completely forgotten...could I try to remake that RP, could there be anyone interested in it?

There is some copy-paste of the old RP I once made...

This RP is based on the game Okami/ Okamiden and continues where it ended.

10 years before all great Amaterasu's pup Chibiterasu's destiny was to begin a journal to defeat the evil Akuro and his own shadow brother Darkterasu (Okamiden). Year after the win, Chibiterasu lost his Brush god power and is living now as a normal wolf. He found a mate and has his own little family.

Now, a few months ago something terrifying was being happened in the Celestial plain, where all the brush gods lived. They were vanishing one after another, that's when the great Amaterasu got to see what was going on but vanished as well.
After the brush gods and Amaterasu went missing, the world was again run by demons, which brought chaos and destruction around.

Now the Nippon needs help once again, so the saving the world goes to a little group of new blood that is related to the past. Only one brush god was not gone missing, Yumegami the dragon of guidance. With the great help of the Yumegami, will the group save the parallel world of Nippon?

I'm thinking of making a Dragon Ball Xenoverse themed RP, and I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in it. If you've never heard of Dragon Ball Xenoverse, it's a Dragon Ball video game where you fix alterations in the history of the Dragon Ball timeline, from the early ages of the original Dragon Ball, all the way up to Super and GT. If anyone would be interested in an RP like this, give me a PM. I'm also allowing OCs and AUs that don't exist in the canon, since I have a fan fiction where Goku was raised by Whis for 39 years while Beerus was sleeping, and Kakarot, since he never met Grandpa Gohan, becomes Beerus's replacement after he defeats him. it's been a while since I've done an RP so here's some rambling about an idea I have that I might make if I'm feeling ambitious, if anyone is interested lmk.

basically I'm kinda in a dragon mood rn, I'm feeling a cool human/dragon type roleplay. the basic concept is there are x number of dragons and x number of humans and each human is partnered/bonded with one of the dragons. each user will be recommended to play an even number of humans and dragons but you do not have to play own partner, so for example your human could be the one bonded with the red dragon but your dragon character could be the blue dragon, and someone else would play your partner. I think that might be an interesting dynamic and could make sure each user always has another to interact with.

the plot is kinda vague in my head but I'm thinking there's like this ancient dragon queen type entity that created all the dragons in this world, then for some reason she withdrew or disappeared but left behind a prophecy that she would one day return. our dragon bonded characters are instrumental in that somehow. maybe one day she would send several dragons back to earth and the chosen ones have to uhh restore balance? or something. so the dragon queen comes back and brings all the dragons back but if humans can't live in harmony with them then it's called off. idk. if anyone wants to throw ideas out there feel free

the dragons will probably be color based and not specifically element based. taking somewhat from D&D dragons. so the different types of dragons correspond to colors of the rainbow: red, orange(?), yellow/gold, green, blue, violet, maybe a pink or indigo color? six or seven is a good number. I kinda want there to be a white and black dragon too, and I was thinking maybe there should be some mentor type characters in this RP so maybe the black and white dragons and their partners could fill that role? like the black and white dragons were left behind to await the arrival of the chosen ones?

so it's a very epic high fantasy type plot. Idk if there will be other fantasy creatures like elves, etc. or if I will just stick to humans to make things simpler. but basically dragons

Curious but would people like it if I brought one of my galaxies to life. It is a mix of humanoids and animals but there are no actual humans from within the universe.

Basically, I'm thinking the plot of roleplay starts off with a crack in a barrier opening up and causing outsiders to enter into the galaxy. Basically showing how potential worlds and cross cultures happen with each other.

This can also count as a weird fandom and original mix as some of my fandom OCs live within this universe too.

Putting the interest feelers out there for a Winter/holiday-season roleplay.

- A group of characters, in some way or another, find themselves in an odd little town that they didn't know even existed (or, perhaps, lived there years ago but haven't thought about it in years and just now have the urge to return, whether for family, nostalgia, work assignment, etc). This town is... very into celebrating the holidays, and their annual Winter Starlight Festival is being set up. Oh, and they all act like they're in a Hallmark movie (which anyone who previously lived there does not remember it being like that at all before).
- The overly-positive, friendly types and somehow every niche store/business is still in business.
- There's a few ideas to play with here - perhaps the town was cursed to be like that, or maybe even it's for their own protection. The visitors end up befriending a few of the townspeople and trying to figure out what it going on together (even if the townspeople aren't convinced there's anything wrong). Cosy with a twist of mystery.

- This would be a semi-lit roleplay, with a minimum of 250-300 words a character, limited spaces.
- Possibly supernatural beings allowed alongside humans though I'd have to think how they'd work with it (maybe only a select few supernatural species?)

WME Roleplay Anyone?

IndentionI am putting out feelers to see if there are enough users interested in roleplaying their wild mountain equids to justify a group rp. It would be semi-lit and minimum of 6 sentences per equid (no max). Must have a wme to join.

Possible Plots

- island destination: equids on a cargo ship are washed into the sea after a storm. They swim to the nearest land, a mysterious island.

- haunted land: mountain setting with winter just settling in. There is not enough food, in desperation, equids of the valley decide to journey up the forbidden mountain. The land is said to be cursed, what fate awaits them?

- rival herds: two herds that lived peacefully on their own land find themselves caught by poachers. They are taken far from home. They manage to escape but it is in unfamiliar territory. Will they choose to band together or split into their familiar herds, perhaps to their peril.

- or open to another idea if someone has one ^^

a long shot, but wondering if there are any fallout fans on CS who would like an RP set in that universe, probably around the fo4 setting? or possibly the fnv setting? a 1x1 or small group rp would also be fine with me. basically i have too many fallout ocs and I really want to write for them :')

otherwise, perhaps a multi-fandom RP with some RPG elements (things like stats and character inventories?), possibly in an open-ended setting where the world/story is kind of built up collaboratively among the group?
