Being Thranduil’s son, he got a not quite horse tail, a more dragon like muzzle and ears, as well as the horns.
He also got brindle/stripes since his father has faded stripes and mother is brindle.
He also is red dun because his mother is red.
His mane and tail are blonde like his dad’s, though.
