"She is so small.." A voice appeared from above her small face, eyes not even open. A small muffled agreement could be heard as well. Dangerous, the voice called sadly. It would be too dangerous, runt of the litter, small and feeble. If only the stars play in her favor.

Present..

"Zuria! We mustn't lag behind!" Another voice addressed her firmly. Small legs, if only she could run faster. So tiny, so fragile. How much had really changed in all of this time? She pushed harder, ran faster, she would not give up. If only the stars play in her favor.

Future.

Successful. The fastest in the whole Kingdom. "Keep up slowpokes!" She called to her friends. Oh how things had changed, so much, so fast. Strong, durable, and able. "We're coming, Zuria! Slow down!" Voices called to her playfully. Maybe the stars had indeed played in her favor in the end.

"But.. thats a small tooth?" One of the older ones chimed in curiously.

Theon simply grinned at them and swung his tail pridefully. "Well! It was a baby! Those critters may be small, but they're even more vicious than the adults!"

All of the little ones eyes went wide in shock and admiration. To be completely truthful, he had never fought a dragon, the tooth was one he had found on the ground one hunting trip. The story made the Younglings more interested in him. Maybe he didn't tell the whole truth, but it was always nice to see the sparkle in their small eyes whenever he told the story. Those sparkling eyes fueled him daily, their intrigue, it was always nice to see.

Prompt: With Snail-claws mischievous habits she's had to get herself out of trouble numerous times. Like when she was in the middle of pranking Misty-fur by stealing his favorite feather and Yew-Star caught her. She quickly switched what she was doing acting like she was just fluffing Misty's nest. Yew-Star didn't believe her for a second so she had to come up with the lie that Misty had been upset earlier about his nest being uncomfortable and everyone knows Misty is really sensitive so she was just helping a friend out... Where Dragon is confident, bold, and outgoing - always willing to talk to any of the Clan cats that come by their territory - Howl will hide, hoping the Clan doesn't notice them. Dragon loves to be seen, to chat, to talk about anything, and Howl would rather not be perceived at all. Conversation comes easy to Dragon, but not to Howl. The other way in which both are opposites, despite being littermates, is how they are perceived by others. As a child, Cherry invented a tall tale to explain to her colony why some of their fruit harvest disappeared; the fruits had been stolen by what Cherry called mothbears, which she described as tiny white bears the size of a four moon old kit with delicate wings like a moth. Her family didn't believe her, of course. Not until patches of white fur were found around the plundered fruit baskets in the following days. Then there was the tiny tracks that were so like a bear's, and the trails of fine glittering powder that Cherry insisted came from the mothbears' wings. As the days went on and the evidence grew, some of her friends and family began to claim that they too had seen glimpses of the mothbears running away from fruit stores or snuffling around trees.

Eventually, traps were set. And then, searching parties - not truly to keep the mothbears from stealing, but just to sate the colony's curiosity. Cherry's lie was only found out when one of these patrols found her and the tree spirit ruling their forest giggling at the searching cats, the stolen fruit sitting between them. Cherry explained that the white fur was her own, plucked and placed carefully after she'd rolled in leaves to hide her scent. The moth dust was pollen she'd collected, and she painstakingly faked the pawprints with the help of the tree spirit.

Cherry is a good liar not because she's a master of deceit, but because she's dedicated. She'll whip up a wild story swiftly, then seamlessly add to it with a straight face, carefully crafting a story so complex it grows hard to deny. And she'll do anything she can to commit to the bit.
