2024 Summer Event: Casual Chat

I've been way behind on token hunting this year (not quite at 100 yet😅). We usually will get through the weekend to hunt though, right? Hopefully I can catch up then.

For the root beer game, I've just hit my 30th attempt, with 0 pets to show for it😔. If it is a 10% chance at getting a pet like some people's data suggests, that means that there is a ~4.24% chance that I wouldn't have found a pet by now- just my luck

I think I've saved enough of mine that I'll be able to get whatever is added from here, but I also feel a bit antsy when I can't click on the banner anymore xD

{ I'm impressed so many people are hitting the limit already! no worries, it usually gets raised to 300, and it's still pretty early in the event imo :] I'm glad it's been a little more calm this year, I haven't been active of late and I appreciate not having a ton to keep up with ♡
{ I finally got the root beer dog last night, but that's been my only pet from the game so far. I don't mind as long as it gives me cactus rat tokens instead, honestly, and I'm sure we'll all be drowning in root beer pets in a few days XD ♡

I'm really hoping for something involving trains. maybe an item set? that would be neat. I love trains and have since I was a kid so I'm really holding out hope <3

Honestly I’m enjoying the event so far and it’s been relatively easy to keep up with so far

I'm glad it's been slower than past events because I got a new job this year where I simply don't have time to check for a banner every 20 minutes anymore.

Same- I never hit the limit this early, heck most of the time I don't hit the limit at all. But now I have and I do not like it- I'm anxious by nature and like having a stock to be prepared. Probably doesn't help I traded 30 tokens for the saloon dog lol
