Do you have to have a certain percentage of 'good' shots to get a different pet? I haven't gotten the soda or the dog yet.

I don't believe so, as the mods said that this was luck-based. Anything about getting good shots is just a theory.

the saloon has a bottle shooting minigame you can play once per hour -- the two pets are rewards you can potentially get by random by playing! it's theorized you need to hit 5/5 bottles, though some have said they've gotten the pets without 5/5 if i recall? point is they come from that minigame :]

I know technically it's already pre-determined and thus 'rigged', but man if it isn't driving me bonkers that I'm repeatedly getting 4/5 bottles or cans each hour and can't like. train myself to do better. 😭

yeah... i kinda wish it was skill based and not luck based because i like a nice simple challenge and it'd make it less frustrating (for me)

Finally got the last hat I was missing, so now I'm back to all caught up. Minus the root beer dog of course, but he'll show up eventually, they always do ^.^

admittedly everyone trying to find skill where there isnt is a bit funny (not in a mean way!! i genuinely find it super endearing in regards to the human nature!!)... i remember during the halloween event i convinced myself if i reverse psychology begged the banners i was more likely to get a banner pet LOL

It’s hilarious you say that because, years ago, I found when you genuinely stop wanting something (often times Halloween banner pets), they start showing up 😂 I’ve literally done this for years and it works every year 🤣

Managed to grab a duplicate of the rootbeer soda cup from the minigame. Now the real struggle is trading for the doggo. Absolutely loving all the pet designs this year
