HERR HE IS!!! His name is Koi.
I left all the details mostly blank for you to decide, but here’s what I did keep in:
So the little fish around him swim in the air, circling him slowly.
His wings and tail are kinda like bottles, they hold little pond ecosystems.
He’s part Koi fish and has a fin on his back.
That’s kinda it! No other references cause I’m lazy
