Voila!! Here's my celebratory piece featuring all ten of my characters from my 10 gen. challenge π
I want to thank all the users who contributed parents to help me accomplish my goal! Definitely check out their works too- I've linked their galleries below!
Spiritstar3 - you kicked me off and jumped in again at gen 7 when things lulled and I started worrying I might have to ask a friend for a generation. I appreciate you so much!! I like the color combos you gave my both times, they paired so naturally with what I was working with c:
houndspack - your almost monochrome design was so fun to work with! I really enjoyed how both pups came out, even though they look nothing like siblings XD
Aizaka - the blendy-ness of your parent was daunting at first, but I love the palettes that came out of it! And even if I didn't emulate the texture exactly, I do like the brushstrokes you added.
arcadia. - chefs kiss to the orange pup your parent produced, honestly one of my favs from this whole project, and I LOVE that your parent introduced freckles and that starry ombre look!! It's one of my fav design elements, I was so excited to get to use it <3
ItsAsher0 - I was soooo thrilled when I saw the fin and antenna/dangler you added to your parent! I was starting to think maybe the whole challenge would have standard canine silhouettes, but the fins and galaxy motif went on for another few generations I was so excited about them XD
ArithMedic - I was honestly lazy about pupils until you did such a pretty eye on your parent and I was like "well I can't NOT try on the eyes anymore" and I'm glad, bc the pups with pupils are just a tad cuter imo hehe. I also loooove the amount of yellow you gave me; I really enjoy designing with yellow.
valkyrie,, - This parent made me go "wow!" when I first saw them!! They look so cool! I love love love the direction you steered me in as I finished up.
β Blazeβ - my final generation!! I LOVED the big tail and fluffy ear tips that you contributed! As well as re-introducing the dark nose + pink inner ears, which I didn't realize had totally left the scene even though my gen 1 parent started with that combo! I was glad to add it back <3
