This fella is about as snooty and pompous as you can be. His mask is made of gold and the eyes are rubies. He cares little for those around him, but loves to show off, even if it's for something he doesn't know anything about. He has adorned himself with gold accessories partially because it makes him look even better and partially just because he likes shiny things in general. His tattoo is something he got as a young calvarian and doesn't mean much to him other than as more decoration to make him stand out.
