I'm really hoping these 2nd gen chameleons have some sort of rainbow liquid inside!! That's always been my favorite gimmick with any creature design, and I'm super excited for the possibility of it happening! If it doesn't happen, I have a very good feeling that I'll still love these guys anyways ^^

Hey guys, Staff do their best to represent as many groups as we can without stepping on toes or making mistakes. We are only people, and we cannot cover everyones preferences. We only want to attempt to do more for the community than the basic rainbow for pride, and a lot of thought and work goes into each litter. Please keep the artists good intentions in mind when you make posts, because our goal is to bring joy and have fun <3

I wish the pride pets every year didn't just have to be renditions of the flags. we already have flag items and pets that are flags why more? Maybe make pride pets that aren't based on the flags next time... Not very creative to just make a flag design every time. The colors are jarring as well. in my opinion...

Also very excited to see the xenogender lion!! Before now I have never seen the flag included in ANY pride stuff (understandably, it’s more niche than the other ones) but aahhhh it makes me so happy!!

Lesbian / MLM flags
MLM was one of the first flags I did, and Lesbian one of the last. I think the MLM Lion is one of the best designs I made, the colors just go SO well together and I affectionately and fondly remember designing him. And Lesbian flag, I wanted something to really capture the power so I was SET on using the darker base coat color, which actually made me have to go through the most design iterations of any lion I've done XD But I think in the end the leopard look is what I wanted out of the design. I'm glad to have spent the extra time and care on her.

Is it just rare or there's no Aro horse?? I'm super sad about it, Aro ppl get erased a lot and seeing the Ace horse but no Aro hurts my AroAce soul ;-;

I'm so glad, I'm not the only one who misses an Aro Horse.
I'm sure it wasn't done with malicous intent but aro erasure is such a huge problem even inside the queer community. This feels so neglectful, especially since an Ace Horse is included (which I love btw)

It’s important to remember that there are a ton of sexualities and genders in the community and it’s quite literally impossible for the artists to represent every single one. No one is “erasing” aro representation. If they chose aro instead of one of the others they chose, those people would be complaining that they weren’t represented. Every single year, someone will complain that their sexuality/gender/etc was not chosen but, as I said, it’s impossible for them to do them all. Let’s not start accusing artists of “erasing” anyone. And we did get an aro lion which is awesome! I say all this as an aroace myself

I like that they used the spec flags to represent everyone instead of just the ace and aro flags - not everyone who falls into the spectrums identifies with aro and ace, and I love that they acknowledge that with the spec flags 💕

question about the pups - are they pride too? or just rainbow? I'm collecting all the pets with explicit/inspired by pride colorings and want to know if I should add them and search for the PPS :3
