Sorry its taken me so long to reply; I've been thinking this over. I do believe that I have decided that if I do a suggested pairing, the user that suggested that pairing will have 1 week (7 days total) to submit a form for the puppy of their choice. If I'm satisfied with the form, then the puppy is theirs: no competition, no hassles. If they fail to submit a form, or I'm not satisfied with it, the puppy will go up into the pool with the others. That user will still be able to adopt the puppy, but now they will have to compete with other users for it. Nothing's final yet, but this is an outline of what I'm thinking.
Sorry, but I'm not going to be adopting out unadopted puppies from past pairings. That would be too big of a hassle for me and it also defeats the purpose of having an end date.
However, most of the time I will recreate the puppies on another lineart and donate them to an adoption agency, so keep your eyes peeled.
And thank you for your offer to help. I don't need any help at the moment, but if my business gets too big, I may hire a few people to help me keep the place running smoothly. If I do, I'll post a notice on the front page. ^_^
