Hatter deer. Top-heavy top hat on head and a stack of 3ish precarious balanced teacups on his back, possibly sloshing tea?

Kinda hoping for something like steampunk meets dark carnival vibes, but I am very open to artist interpretation on this one. (All I ask is that you avoid clown makeup because I have an irrational fear of clowns - not that you would but throwing it out there just in case.)
