Thinking about putting up a Crit form to help people meet standards with the crit staffs help; any input?

Fey... I have about a million characters... xD I need to get rid of some so I can make room for new ones that I'll actually use xD At the moment, my character thread is a bit messed up, but I'm working on it. Now... Should I make new refs and donate, or just chuck... Some of them I can easily just get rid of, but others I don't know...
Might put some pups up for adoption.

I'm really unsure about donating some of my chars... I mean, some of them have quite a bit of art, and I don't want people to adopt purely for art. I have two that I no longer want, although I'm unsure about whether anyone would go for them. One is a 'sparkle' dog, the other is alright xD
