Sometimes when I'm first getting to know someone, there's a period of awkwardness- around some people I get to be kind of an awkward conversationalist, or have trouble reading them. I don't have to worry about that with you- our conversation always seems to flow so naturally, we can just talk about anything and everything and seem to be of such a similar mind. I love the way that we bounce off of each other- our similar music tastes, sharing stories of our friends and family, and the like. I always love talking to you, and never catch myself worrying that it's one-sided, because you are always as eager in conversation as I am. I always come away from a talk with you smiling. Really you've helped in giving advice and hearing me out for a lot of things throughout the years, and I'm glad that we're talking more lately!
There's a part of me that still remembers being all "ah ah Jishokoi-[Your Old Username] cool person from [Plumerians I think] who is cool and I want to interact more with" honestly, so I'm a little !!! that 10 (I think??) years down the line we're pals.
I dunno, there's something about that that makes me a little teary.
