no it's not fair. Your item is from 2009 Staff Birthdays. I'm not sure about it's real value but definitely not a 2022common pet. this is another trade I found in forum, I hope this could help.

The red and yellow cloth are worth 0.25 nons each so they are offering 0.5 nons worth.
The UR cakes are ranging anywhere from 0.25 nons to 1 non at the moment so it's difficult to say, but I would say If you're interested in the cloth items, it's a good offer on the cake!

EDIT: seeing more recent trades for the UR cake, it seems there's more valuable trades happening! While 0.5 nons is a good offer compared to much smaller trades that have happened, its also a lot less than I have seen others.

I think it would be a good idea to hold on to your UR cake until the value levels out!
