I think its a pretty cool dragon, but if your going to add a bracelet or watch or something I think you need to make it more realistic

Well, lucky, I think you need to try to finish it, or at least get farther along because there isn't enough diffrences to see how much artitistic talent you have. It doesn't look like you even painted the body, and the wings are the wrong color. Keep working on it and when its farther along I will give you an answer.
