I have a question.

I would love to revamp a certain character, but the owner has said no in the comments. I PMed them asking if that was still the case, as the character was donated forever ago, but they've changed their username and haven't been on since December. What do I do?

Huh... I know that if they haven't connected, for permission there is a two week wait... however a revamp is entirely different. I want to say that if they haven't connected in half a year, then the character has obviously been around that time, probably more, so a revamp would be a good idea. However, wait for someone else on the staff to give you the green flag, as I wouldn't want you to get in trouble when I am not too sure myself. ^^'

Which one is it? If it's Blue<3's donation, you're free to do revamps for it. I've sent them a PM a while ago and they never even read it. If they can't log in, then I think we could just forget about that preference.

Any way, if the rest of the staff disagree with me just say it =O But you have my approval.
