You should give yourself a hug instead of beating yourself up. Love yourself, don't hate yourself, you're awesome and deserve all the love in the world <33
Also, you're gonna survive all the bullying and meet lovely people later in your life who'll love you for who you are (despite feeling like you're broken or wrong right now)!

Never settle for just anyone, it only made your life a living hell. You never deserved it even though you thought you did. You'll meet people actually worth your time, and you were always loved by your friends despite thinking otherwise for so many years.You're not a terrible person, you're just broken. Stop beating yourself up. You'll be okay.

Don't let people talk down to you. If no one else will help, just take care of the bullying yourself. You do later, but should have done it a bit earlier. The worst that'll happen is just people giving you the stinky eye.

It wasn’t your fault. None of it was, the way adults act and the things they decide to do had nothing to do with your worth. You should have had an adult who protected you. You’ll have so much of a better time in life once you aren’t being suffocated by your family and their drama 24/7.
You’ll meet the most amazing person in the most unexpected place, you’ll work harder in school, you’ll get the diagnoses and meds that will help you understand yourself, you’ll meet some amazing people who you can trust with your life, you’ll have your own family.
You’re gonna make so many stupid mistakes, and regret so much too. You would never have guessed I actually came out and changed my name.
It really does get better, and I’m glad to be here today.

Be yourself. Stop seeing that motivational sign as 'ASSIMILATE'. Truly be yourself, unashamedly (still safely where you can). There's nothing to be ashamed of. It's alright to exist, I promise.
