2023 Halloween Event - Pet, Item & Event Discussion

oh my goodness this makes me so happy, this Halloween event is already being so good to me.
thank you CS for finally giving me more spiders!!

I'm the exact opposite - was afraid this might happen sooner or later, but I'm thinking about not adopting them at all. They really are terrifying, but not in a good way to me.

You know, you can always adopt them just for the cause of having more on the site for other people and then trade them for pets you really want : D

My favorite one has to be this one! [even though I love green one also, I traded my tokens for them and got 4 of the greens so I need more time to love the green one more! XD]
I love space-themed pets so much and the fact that they're bottles with potions!.. I wonder what would happen after drinking the blue one : D

Yeah, I'm telling myself that, too. Just trying to be reasonable, because if I'm being totally honest, just the thought of looking at them, while checking my Halloween collection, is freaking me out. Gonna breathe iiinnn and out.. ^^
The thing is, I want complete collections, so I'll have to, even though it's making my skin crawl. I have other spiders from the birthday event, I think? But then it's mostly just one and I managed to ignore them. This time I might have to even trade for them. Hahaha, I know how it sounds, I'm sorry. I know some ppl love them.

That's a totally reasonable reaction! Phobias are no joke, and these ones are a little scarier in concept than most normal spiders because of the halloween themes. Be sure you're as comfortable as you can be with whatever you decide to do. I know some people lock them in special groups so they can prepare themselves to look at them and don't get a scare when they're mixed in with the other pets in a collection.

That's a totally reasonable reaction! Phobias are no joke, and these ones are a little scarier in concept than most normal spiders because of the halloween themes. Be sure you're as comfortable as you can be with whatever you decide to do. Funny enough, that's what I just did and I think that's helping a bit, yes. Thank you for bringing it up. I called my folder "The Far Away Corner". Thinking about changing that into something that suggests they're outside, instead of in the house. Oh my, I can hear how that must sound to someone who's not an arachnophobic. I -am- very glad, you know this isn't against you as an artist.
Maybe the seperate folders can help others, too. <3

So once again, Malk's spider lines are being used. Hot damn! Wish she could have stayed. I love her art so much! With a PPS egg, I wonder if it'll grow for Yule.

I rarely trade my extra Malk's unless someone is missing one. Then, I see if I can gift an extra I may have. So far, I have not been lucky enough to get an extra Malk mutant from the boxes. Perhaps this year I may.

That would be awesome to get a GUPPS from the egg. Although I'd just be happy with another PPS Spiderling to hoard* as well. Okay, I'm just happy with more spiders I'm general...oh! Maybe we'll get a couple scorpions this event too (the other variant of the Spider line)
