How will the new rarity system affect December 18th?

Roomie and I were wondering about this the other day! I tried searching the thread the rarity poll was hosted in, but didn't get any results.

Has this been brought up and addressed anywhere yet? It seems like we're getting pretty big changes so I imagine it would affect the December 18th advent re-releases noticeably.

So far, there is no official word on how this will affect December 18th. We will likely get an answer closer to December!
