Sure! Think of "MA" as a unit of measurement, instead of as a pet on a list. "MA" these days just means that a pet worth "1 MA" is equal to at least 6 2009 rares. So, 0,5 MA = at least 3 2009 rares.
You can then take it one step further with "Nons" (the rarest of the rarest on CS), and 1 "Non" is equal to about 10 MAs. Hope this helps, FF to pm with further questions ^^

edit; it's also interesting to note that most if not all the oldest rats turned omgsr, seems like the trade market was very slow and many aren't on actively being traded anymore :c
