this. this is where im stuck.
The best course of action that I've found is to use an ad-blocker and to refrain from buying c$, without money the site can't really do much. WE make running the site possible in the first place.
this could work but would they care? how would we spread the word?[/quote]
I mean, in life the best way to get recognition in the world is to stop supporting a company/cause monetarily. Money makes the world go round. Maybe stamps can be made, or just sig buttons with [get an ad blocker!] or [don't buy c$]. I'm not really sure, but I mean spreading the word to those you know is a good start.
HUGE agree with twili & tired above
the censorship is wild, i feel like "off-topic" posts are cherrypicked to use as a scapegoat JUST to close the threads just because they don't want to deal with the userbases concerns? At least that's might be how the higher ups see things.
so many aspects of this site make me upset in terms of the way it's run, and I feel like overtime they're just going to outnumber the pros until most people just leave. sites like CS have been on the decline for YEARS, unless CS fixes its relationship with its userbase and fixes other sitewide issues, it's just going to continue.
i hope this makes sense, i'm a bit frazzled after todays RO TOT
everything is moving so fast yet slow
and yes @tiredddd
the admins are rarely ever seen around the site, same with admin assistants. It's weird how the lower ranking staff are on MORE often while the higher ranked staff are hardly around
I get people have lives but it seems ? not balanced
