Hi guys, I'm probably far off with this and idk if it's mentioned as a clue before but one of the Tess monsters has a handprint on it's fin and it might just be its design but I thought it might be a clue and wanted to throw it in the group

That is a really good catch! Human handprint, too, so shouldn't be one of the counselors.

Nah, its design - this Tessie is based on Tess's character, Avian, and Avian has a handprint.

As you pass one of the campsites that is packing up you notice they have a canoe with the word “FINTASTIC” painted on it (...)

There are a few people in a canoe who you recognize from the Glampgrounds, and they seem to be heading out further into the lake with quite a bit of gear.

Far away [on the lake] there appears to be some kind of boat or craft in the water. One of your cabin mates pulls out their binoculars and tells you that they can see two figures on the boat (...). The boat has the word FINTASTIC painted on the side. As the sun reflects off the mostly still lake, you wonder if you can see a large shadow under its surface.

I'm still wondering about the people in the canoe. They must play a part in our mystery, or else they wouldn't be mentioned this often.
What baffles me: Creamsicle clue says the campers with the FINTASTIC canoe are among the glampers who pack up and leave after Cirrus' disappearance. But later on, Berry and Green see them out on the lake.
I thought "packing up" means going home or going to another campsite. Would they really load their whole camping stuff into a canoe and cross the lake for that? Or did Creamsicle get it wrong and they were just preparing for a trip?
Is it just a coincidence that Green happens to see a shadow in the water at that moment? Or are the people in the canoe and whatever is in the lake connected somehow?
And what is that "quite a bit of gear" for? What kind of gear? Are they going fishing?
So many questions. >.<

Solving this mystery would be so much easier if I had been actually there in every scene, seen all kinds of important or unnecessary details with my own eyes, and been able to pelt all people with questions at every opportunity. I want every CS camper to wear a bodycam at all times, and I'll be in Apple Cabin's secret basement analyzing all recordings.
