What is a reverse trade?

If an account is hacked and makes a trade it is reversed by admins. So someone traded me 25c$ for an adopt and a few hours later it was reverse by an admin which immediately took that money away from my account and put me in negative balance. Others were given gifts or traded pets and then the trade was reversed and their pets got messed up

I remember way back on Neopets days there was a pin for your bank account and a pin for your safety deposit box for items. I loved that because even if someone could get into my account (never happened) they could not get my valuables.

If there was a pin in the trading system I would know that even if a hacker got onto my account (I hope not) the items and pets would stay put since they wouldn't know my trading pin. Support!
