-All Chicoons must be based around their flame color
-All Chicoons must have the "Single Flame color (NR)" trait
-All Chicoons must have the "Sparkles / Particles (UC)" trait
-All chicoons must have the "Colored Pupils" trait, which has to make the pupil match eye color
-No Chicoon may have the "Unmatching Eyes & Fire (UC)" or "Heterochromia (UC)"
