As surreal stood there listening to Tali she noticed the Pressure change and Sound of thunder clouds over head, a sign of bad to come, and soon the sun vanished from her face allowing it to go cold.
Tali- "So as i was saying they left a message, i think its more of a propchey, but ehter way she said, When Bloods in the water, As the Star Falls, There shall Come a stranger, One Prochpey, One fight, One Savior, Shall define this clans Fate, Follow the path of the Surreal, For when their star Rises Another shall fall, This Cats Fate is not Black and white and Nor is her homes.

Surreal looked to Tali with questions on her face, Who was this Fennel and why deliver this news now? Also what did she mean when she said 'When Bloods in the water, As the star falls' what did that mean,did it mean someone was gonna die? This just added more weight to surreals back, she picked up her head and requested to leave with a frail voice that sounded like it could break any secenod.
Surreal- "N-Nova may i take my leave?"

Nova- "Why? Dont you need to go see your father and-"

Surreals head got overloaded just thinking about her father causeing her mind to break from the weight of everything,

Surreal- "No! No i dont! i Need time to process and drift with the Mist Nova! Im barley 4! This is to much for me to handle!"

Surreal broke, loseing her temper cause of the hand she'd been dealt in the last few minuets, she couldnt process the wheight of what had happened, and she took off rushing down Mist Rock rushing so fast that she fell on the way down and scrapped up her coat and legs running down, she took off in the dierciton of Mistfalls, the waterfall her home was named after, it was a known as a place where cats could go to drift like the mist at the bottom of the falls and think or just escape, the general rule was a ton of talking was not allowed cause this was a quite place to talk with the ancestors and think.
As she reached the bottom of the falls she slowed and eventulf stopped at the edge of the water, laying down she covered her face with he paws and broke into tears crying out of the weight of her new role and the new message from the stranger, Eventuly she cried herself to sleep allowing her mind to drift like the tide and to retreat from the world.

As Her Dreams started she found her self ina dark area the only light was the stars and moon above her head,

Surreal- "Hello?!"
She called out she took a few steps and suddenly felt like she couldnt move, and it scared her,
Surreal- "Help! is anyone out there!"
Her cries where silnced by the vastness of space, but then a cat came into view, their fur sparkled like the stars in the sky surrounded by Stars a dark cloak covered her body and above her head was a small moon, and at the end of her body was not one but two tails,
Surreal- "Hello? Whos there? Can you help me?"
the stranger moved closer they reached out to touch surreals forehead but she dodged
Stranger- "Do not be afaird my dear i wont harm you, im here to guide..."
The strangers voice echoed in the dark and carried a calming persence.
Surreal stayed still this time as the stranger reached out, the moment her paw made contact with her fore head she instally felt light again,
Stranger- "Follow."
was the single word she said before walking off surreal followed close behind, and the more they walked the more their surroundings changed, soon they where in the middle of a forest next to what looked for be a pond

Moonpelt- "Welcome."
Surreal looked to the cat she reconigzed her but couldnt remeber where shed seen her.
Surreal- "M-Mom?"
Moonpelts face warmed as her eyes swelled with tears,
Moonpelt- "Yes my baby girl."
Surreal raced to her burrying her face in her starry warm pelt. she felt at ease in her mothers fur.
Stranger- "Follow."
Surreal looked to the voice then at her mother,
Moonpelt- "Go Darling, No harm will befall you while your here. The Stars Await your arrival."
Surreal- "Stars?'

Soon Surreal Heard the Strangers voice insiting that she follow, and felt a searing white heat go through her, soon she was in a new place she could feel the pressure in the room, the pressure of a peer, as picked up her head and got to her feet she heard a voice.

komodo followed the scents of his mate and the young private through the city,
chasing after the scent of dog. it was quiet, having passed through some time
ago. catching sight of the trio - the two having been joined by a brown and white
furred empas - komodo smiled to himself, crouching low and letting the shadows
settle around him like an old friend.

tracking the three cats, and grinning to himself as the rookie began to look around
nervously, komodo strode from the shadows in time to hear ravage settle the golden
furred tom. komodo grinned at the young cat, and gave him a gentle bop on the shoulder with one paw as he rejoined the group. good to meet you he signed to the empas, dipping his head in greeting. i am general komodo. have you found the dog yet?

ravage responded, snorting in annoyance. "no, just it's leftovers. the zookeeper's will be having a fit with us later. probably ate some working critter." her gaze slid to the empas "no offense."

the she-cat smiled, though her tail flicked slightly. "it's alright. at least it wasn't a companion, else i expect we would have found somecat in tears."

ravage groaned "uggggghhh you're right. praise to the king that didn't happen, i hate dealing with crying"

"the dog's still out there though..." cobra said, his gaze darting across buildings. "shouldn't we-?"

Her bountiful catch was laying a few paw steps behind her, leaves and dirt hastily scattered over them to hide the fresh prey scent from the newcomer. She opened her jaws to call out to the cat but paused as she realized something. It was Fennel! What were they doing all the way out here? Fennel tended to roam across the lands, but Rain had never realized how far the loner went during their travels. Briefly, she wondered if Fennel had any advice for their small patrol.

Or I'm sure we can offer something else in exchange for a bit of your wisdom." Rustling from behind Rain caught her attention, and she turned just in time to see Strike ambling beside her. He eyed her haul of prey for a moment before examining Fennel.

Rain paused for a moment before gazing patiently back at Fennel. "Is something the matter? You look rather upset, Fennel..." Strike peered at the other cat, his green eyes holding both curiosity and concern for the feline.

Ah, we aren't very accustomed to this area, but I'm sure we could help you. None of us would want your friend to end up hurt or worse." The tom glanced at Rain and nodded toward the distant pile of boulders where the other cats were resting.

Rain nodded in assent, turned, and bounded away to get everyone else. She wasn't sure how long Fennel's friend had been missing, but she certainly didn't want to waste any time in case they were in trouble.

0000000000It only took a minute or two to arrive, but once she had, Rain found every cat already alert and waiting for her instruction. Petal padded up to Rain, sniffing her gently. She stepped away from Petal's motherly care and lifted her head to address the others. "Strike and I ran into Fennel in the forest. A friend of theirs is missing, and they need all the help they can get to find them."

The others gathered their things, stretched, and Rain led them to where she'd left Strike and Fennel only a few minutes ago. They were still there, patiently waiting, but Fennel looked like they were starting to get antsy.

Pine nudged Roar, his amber eyes narrowed with annoyance. "I can't believe Strike is making us do this. Giving some extra prey to strays is one thing, but we don't have the time for this." Roar glanced over at the other tom, his ear twitching uncomfortably. Pine was quite the outspoken tom, but now wasn't the best time for this. "Hush, Pine. Strike is doing his best to save someone; you need to quit complaining about everything."

Swiftlake instinctively stood in front of Rapidstream, a low growl forming in her throat. Rapidstream was quiet, presumably taking a much more thoughtful approach to this cat that seemed ever so vaguely familiar to the friendly she-cat. Swiftlake forced herself to ask a reasonable question before her claws slid out of their sheaths. "Fennel?" Swiftlake looked at her as she winked, untrusting but undoubtably a tad bit curious of the stranger. Rapidstream seemed to recognize said wink from the she-cat ahead of them and gently pushed past the protective Swiftlake to greet Fennel with a boop of their noses.

Swiftlake felt her hackles stand on end as a bit of jelously swirled inside her belly like an awakening storm. Rapidstream took a few steps back and nodded rapidly, flicking her tail, "It's lovely to actually meet you Fennel! My clan's awfully fond of the rewards you've presented them with in the past." She paused, tilting her head towards Swiftlake without taking her gaze off the loner. "She's new so don't mind her attitude. How can we help you find your friend?" Swiftlake grumbled quietly as she began to tuck the dead bugs under a heavy stone to ensure most bug-eating animals wouldn't get to it before they did.

Seems they wouldn't be coming back to retrieve it any time soon with Rapidstream offering to help everything in her path.

With a soft huff, a little face turned to him, round and luminous like the full moon. His son’s nose scrunched, wrinkles as if craters and canyons; and evergreen eyes lit with a faint, flickering flame. Insistent. Tiny claws flexed, bunched into the pearly sands beneath the clamber of rocks as he lifted his chin. “I don’t need a demonstration.”

Pinestorm offered a quick nod, easing a step back. Smile faint, he rested on his haunches, voice light like a ripple from spring rains. “Of course. Take it away━”

His son’s back was already turned.

But it didn’t stop the gentle glow of warmth from spreading through Pinestorm’s chest, a halo of gold around him. Standoffish or not, that little one was his. His son. The one with the perfect form, near flawless technique. Eyes narrowed in focus, muscles tensed, claws poised atop rock. Breathing in, breathing out, breathing…

A pebble slipped, rolling into the gurgling stream with a soft ping.

His ear flicked, tracing, rewinding the path. Not from Sootpaw ━ he was too still, too focused, for that. Something else. Another critter that had entered the fray, bright blue pinchers clicking and clattering, inching close to an unsuspecting tufted tail. And with a casual leap, he snared the little critter, giving it a quick shake. (+3FP crayfish)

“... stay steady.” Like the start of a storm, Olivescratch’s voice rumbled ─ low, mesmerizing and steady. “Easy does it.”

His gaze lifted just in-time. In tandem to the plunge of those tiny claws slipping through silver waters, a blade slitting through snakeskin, silent and deft. (+2FP small fish)

a singular, honeyed eye fluttered shut in a wink as if oblivious to the dreary undertones of their message. “don’t be so glum, darlin’... besides i’ve brought a gift.” a soft chuckle bloomed at the newcomer’s lips. “ta-ta!

and extravagantly draped with silks and a lonely white bud, the little gift was in the stranger’s place, caressed by the winds as surreal wandered close.

the starless ink of the dark had leeched upon the path, blooming and writhing upon the path as wisps of ashen silk blotted the morning from the heavens above.

“it has gotten awfully dark.” the words were a soft-spoken bout of musing breathed to life by the bloom of carmine curls. “and… the dog- it’s getting closer.”

“relax, cobra.” touch blossoming upon carmine curls in harsh pats, a chuckle rumbled in ravage’s chest. “right now, all you need to worry about is a tree and a wee little bird.”

delicately angled and sharp features looming in the starless ink of the dark, the fragrance of decay seemed to pool from each dark curl, seeming to stifle each dainty kiss of light as she wandered close. “ah… new friends. it’s been awhile since we’ve had them, don’t you think, my dear?

“our friends from smokeclan… ain’t it?” porcelain features seemed to morph, a lopsided grin enthralled upon the rosy scars freckling his ample frame. “you lot remind me a lot like them… with their puffed chests and inflated pride- ha! i-”

“less chit-chatting more moving, fellas.” searing sepia eyes were upon the lovers as the raspy songbird chime of ravage’s voice smothered the hush. “i swear by the four!” a guffaw bloomed upon her lips. “...i could care less about this smokeclan.”

“but that, my love, is where you are wrong.” velvet and sickeningly bittersweet upon the gruffness of the ironfang’s warning, dark curls fluttered close, along with the fragrance of decay and rot. “where we’ve failed with them, we will succeed with you.” a singular bloodshot, daffodil eye flitted shut in a wink. “... besides we brought a friend. ta-ta for now…”

the lovers and the fragrance of rot and roses were gone… but not their mark upon reality.
