Welcome to Lil’ Beans!

Lil’ Beans come from the magical Twin Falls forest. They are the companions of the Fae that live in these forests.
Although they may look like ordinary cats, they are of magical origin! You see, the Fae plant magic beans in the fertile soil around the waterfalls, and from these grow Beans, who then search out their Faerie companions.
Beans are very powerful aids in magic work, so all Faeries have a Bean companion- and some Fae have many!

Beans come with a range of genetic mutations, which will be added to the field guide as they are discovered.

Rarity Field Guide

As with all animal species, different Beans have different traits, some of which are rarer than others. Below you'll find all of the documented traits they can have and how rare they are. New subspecies are being discovered all of the time!

common

these are common traits and will appear frequently in litters.
they include: pixie wings, large fluffy tail

uncommon
these are uncommon traits and while still found easily enough, are not as common as others.
they include:

rare
these traits are harder to find and don't appear too often in litters.
they include:

very rare
these traits are very rarely seen. they generally require an expedition to special places to be found.
they include:

ultra rare
these are incredibly rare and if you find one you are one lucky duck! they are forever stuck at their baby stage.

oddly enough, these traits are only found around specific holidays. hmm...weird.

Here you can adopt Lil’ Beans while they’re still magic beans, waiting to be planted! There will be a new batch of magic beans planted every second Sunday. You are able to adopt one Bean per litter, and once a new set of magic beans is up you can apply for it straight away.

There are several ways to adopt a Bean: raffle (random generator), fcfs (first come first served) and contest. What type of adoption it is will be specified each time.
Note: the codeword needs to be copied exactly each time or it will not be counted. It is not case sensitive.

Breeding

If you want to crossbreed your Lil’ Beans, you've come to the right place! Here in the Luna Garden, moonlight and a love potion are used in a spell to create more magic beans. These are then planted in the Luna Garden, where they will grow into offspring!

A spell will result in 2-4 magic beans if no extra spell ingredients are used. All Beans will share colours, designs & some traits from the parents.
You can perform a spell with your Bean & another person's as long as you have their permission. If there are two different owners, at least one must have a love potion. Both will be able to choose a Bean and both can use an adoption token to adopt more than one, if there are enough offspring. Any leftover babies will be put up for adoption.
Lil Beans have a 28 day cooldown between breedings spells, to wait for the next full moon.

There are currently three garden plots available for breeding. Once these are full, no other parents can breed until they open again. please do not post a breeding form if there are no gardens available.
