Rules and Guidelines

An adult akke can breed only 5 times during its lifetime
To breed akkes, simply submit a breeding request (code below)
You don't have to own all the akkes listed in your request, but you must post proof of agreement for every akke you don't own
However, you do at least need to own one
You can only claim one bitten per batch; others will be put up for adoption
If there are multiple people participating in the batch (owner of parents) each owner can pick one bitten
You can breed at least 2 akkes, and 4 at most
The number of akkes in the breeding affects the number of bittens in a batch
The gender of an akke does not matter, any 2-4 akkes can breed
Parents' traits are inherited through random chance, but you can purchase more rolls
It is possible to add traits to the children that the parents do not posses
The artist who claimed your batch performs all the inheritance rolls
Rarer traits have a smaller chance of being inherited
Do not pester artists about finishing your batch
Do not post anything else except breeding requests as replies to this post
If your batch has not been finished for 2 months since it's been posted, contact me

Different types of breeding
✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕
Akkebat designs can be combined in three different ways:
- True Breeding - artists combine the patterns and colors of the parents, adding nothing
bittens will look truly like the parents' children - Ordinary Breeding - artists have some freedom to add new patterns and colors, and to play with
their placement; though they must resemble parents. - Inspired Breeding - artists take the given designs/parents as inspiration, and are free to add
as many new patterns/colors as they wish
bittens produced from this type of breeding will only slightly resemble parents

Inheritance, Chances and Breeding Items
✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕✕
Chances of inheriting a trait that any of the parents owns are as follows:
[t] 100% [u] 50% [o] 25% [b] 15% [e] 10% [l] 5%
If two traits are rolled that override each other (ex. overgrown tufts and feather tufts) one of the higher rarity will be passed onto the bitten
Inheritance is only rolled once, but you can purchase more inheritance rerolls for 2 Egg / 18 c$ per roll
The chances of a child mutating a trait are as follows:
[u] 25% [o] 10% [b] 5% [e] 0% [l] 1%
Before doing any batch, the artist performs 4 rolls to see if any mutated traits can be added to the bitten. If any of them are successful, they add a trait of that rarity and stop rolling for the higher rarity mutation. If all 4 rolls are unsuccessful, the child doesn't mutate any traits.
Mutation rerolls can also be purchased. You can have multiple trait mutation rerolls on a single ticket. 2 Egg / 18 c$ per roll
Any inheritance or mutation reroll bought will count towards every each bitten in a batch. That means you do not have to purchase separate rerolls for each bitten, but that the rerolls apply to the batch as a whole.
Chances of the number of bittens in a batch:
2 parents: [1] 40% [2] 50% [3] 10% [4] 0%
3 parents: [1] 20% [2] 40% [3] 35% [4] 5%
4 parents: [1] 0% [2] 30% [3] 45% [4] 25%
The artist rolls for the number of bittens before starting the batch, chances depending on the number of parents in the breeding request.
You can pick the number of bittens in a batch for 5 Egg / 45 c$
All rolls must be performed fairly.
