This charm was created by someone with some very heartfelt emotions! The writing that accompanies it seems to suggest as much too, but... oh dear. The writing is very smudged and shakily written, with what seems to be tear stains at the bottom. And... is the charm itself crying, too?? From the looks of it, this sparkly charm is dripping with bittersweet tears. Perhaps whoever wrote this got rejected? ):

You're not too sure as to where this charm came from but it seems a bit worn, some of the text bleeding into the paper and becoming hard to read, even some parts appearing damaged, it did come with a friend however! Though, you get the feeling that they aren't the only one protecting this precious charm.

This charm appears to consist of a note surrounded by raindrop shaped gems and a tiny yellow umbrella. It looks unmistakenly damp, but upon closer examination, the note contained below the umbrella is actually completely dry. As you unfurl the paper, you're able to make out a few lines of neat handwriting:
