People on the internet love to assume responsible pet owners are "abusing their pets", but often times fail to recognize actual abuse in "cute animal videos". It would be better if we could all learn to recognize obvious signs of abuse especially with wild animals instead of accusing people of being irresponsible because their cat has a disability or something. I've seen a lot of responsible and silly pet owners get accused of "abusing their pets" but yet people who actually do harm their pets often fly under the radar for months if not years sometimes even if it was obvious.

big agree - i have seen more strides towards people being better about it though, like calling out certain "pet rescue" youtube channels / tik tok creators that are faking situations and putting animals in harm's way for clout

Agreed! People love to hate what's popular, but I think she's popular because she's genuinely good. I don't listen to a lot of her stuff, but what I've heard, I like!

Cartoons aren't just for kids, adults can watch them too and it doesn't make them less mature for doing so.

not all cartoons are/were made for kids, but some were created for a child audience. i dont think theres anything wrong with liking cartoons aimed and created for kids just dont be weird about it.
