Breeding List Rework!
we are removing the breeding cooldown and the number of breeding slots available will be open ended! you can still only have one going at a time. instead, we will do breedings based on when your last breeding was. so you (and your partner) will be moved up or down the list based on the date your last breeding was finished compared to the others around you. this should not change the amount of deer being released, only allow more users to take part in breeding c:
