If she has been on, then permission is required. The most I can think is that she hasn't had time to read through all of the forms? In any case, I suggest a pm back if she hasn't responded yet and has read the PM, but you are risking further inflation of her PM box. XD

Then you do not have the permission. ^^' If this happens to everyone going for the character though, and it seems to be a very popular character, I do not know. Maybe the staff will take into consideration PMing her? I do not think a case like this has raised before to be honest. ^^'

Personally I think we should still follow the "2 weeks" rule...But I'm only one voice of the Agency, so We'll ahve to talk it over.

But if the person has connected, should we really take it into our own hands to just adopt out the character if she just didn't feel like giving permission? It sort of makes that preference needless then in my opinion. I am not saying this is the case here, but if the person didn't give permission and they have read the form, I don't know... I know my opinion doesn't matter much in this case, I am just saying. -Shrugs-

But if they're active what is stopping them from checking their inbox for two weeks? Lol. Anyway this is a valid topic I guess...perhaps two weeks ,then the Agency will pm them a notification/warning before waiting a week and then giving it out on a code drop? Sounds tedious lol...but like I said we will talk it over.

If they have been online and have yet to replay to any pms (due to lazyness, or other causes cause i am a prime example of this) then we give it out, reason being they have had 2 weeks to replay. since this is a popular pet, the user has been pm'd many times, so its really no excuse for them to brush it off and forget about it later. Fact is, they wanted to be ask for permission, the adopters tried to gain permission, and instead of the donor saying no or yes they basically ignored the pm(s), the rule was put so that, if someone (like myself cause i'm wicked forgetful and lazy) pulls the "i want permission but wont reply " things, the pet doesn't sit there for eons and it has a better chance going to a good home. Though when the 2 weeks are about up, someone (probably me) will pm them about the time and such.
