@meisxinyi i don't think i can answer that for you, but there is currently a trait guide being worked on! the trait hasn't been described yet, but from what i understand it should be done relatively soon. i can also make a note of this question for liion.

while i think i know what the answer is, there aren't any approved designs with the trait and i don't want to give you an incorrect answer.

just a small question, with the extra mouth trait, can the mouth be anywhere or just the face? thank you!

The extra mouth trait can be anywhere on the body. For tail mouths with separate sentience from the main Thistlehoof, that requires a Living Body Parts trait.
