My suggestion is to have the archive update at rollover or at a scheduled time every day. (Maybe an hour after rollover?)
CS currently has one archivist, Solloby, who does a wonderful job and should remain an archivist in case there's any goofs with images, typos, etc.. I understand life happens and the archive can't always be manually updated right away; that's why I would like it to become automated.
Instead of people scrambling to post every outcome on the outcomes threads (the event ones in particular are a headache to look at with how much spam happens) the archive should just update at a certain time.
If you guys have anything to add or change about my suggestion, please reply! Or if you don't support, please say why if you're comfortable with sharing. I'd love to know your guys' point of views. :)

Please forgive my tired, overworked brain, I have too much on my mind. I have fixed my post.
Half and half support? Staff pets couldn't be added automatically as it could reveal the identity of the artist by error, so they'd still need doing manually. I would like to see this implemented, but only if it was semi-automatic, or the process to do this manually was made easier.

My thoughts exactly. The artists, I'm assuming anyway, already have to upload all of the outcomes before the month is released, so why not just have them ready to go live in the archive as well?
