My interenet is fast but lately anytime I tried to get anything from the lost and found or pound (mainly the pound) I literally refresh until 1 second and it r3efreshes crazy fast until it opens and all the pets pop up.

I got very frustrated to miss out on great things and literally did it again to me but somehow...some way I managed to get this rare, I was losing hope to get it as I clicked it multiple times and it said sorry it looked like it was adopted by someone lese, try again but when I went to get another pet, the pound was closed..... I got it

It's not WL but I'm happy to get this cutie.
