Can I transfer my things from V1 over to V2?
Of course! Just post your old archive link and I will put it in the new archive. If it is not up to date, please let me know what needs to be changed! The old archive can be found here.

Can I still use my V1 GD even if I don't transfer it over to V2?
Of course! You only need to transfer over your things if you plan to continue to participate.

a few posts I've seen from people transferring their deer were as simple as "I'd like to transfer my deer! Here is the link!"
Because you picked up a deer and you hadn't gotten an archive post made, you could just link the post in V1 where you got the deer! [here it is for convenience--make sure it's the right post though! i triple checked the link but its always good to have extra verification]
