The accessories are removable, I can color in a reference with them hidden if necessary!

Use a sahde of green closer to the hex code that was provided.

Do you know if there is a way to check the hex code in oekaki? I could not find any way to check it myself so I had an image of the hex code you provided in another tab and tried to find the right color in oekaki but it was kind of difficult to find the exact shade so I tried to find one that was pretty close. If not can you post an image of where on the oekaki color select tool I should get the color from please? Thank you

If you click on the bottom rectangle of the colour palette, it should bring up a pop-up that allows you to input a hexcode ^^ <3
