My brother rely likes the new one that has it's back turned and is looking over it's shoulder, so if you don't mind, can he have that one? It's alright if you want to keep it, I'm leaving the decision totally up to you.

Geeze, hard decision, I kinda like that too. It's uber cute! Want to make it a near twin? 
Give your brother that one and make one of the other puppies to look sort of like it, but maybe make some alterations to the design. Just a suggestion, besides, you did the coloring in and you do reserve the right to claim one of the pups, remember? I don't mind relinquishing the pup to your brother.

Ooh, very pretty. Though, wouldn't it be considered art theft to consider CS pet as charries and use them for art as if it were your own? Not saying you did something wrong, I just don't want you to get in trouble.
