.hello all, an announcement regarding a change in breeding vouchers.
previously we had only two vouchers: bread or toast. bread served a larger litter but all pups had their parents lines. toast served a smaller litter but the pups had unique lines.
this is no longer the case. moving forward we have
three different voucher types: bread, toast, and sandwich. all of these will ensure the pups have unique lines of varying litter sizes.
bread now yields a litter of 2-4.
toast now yields a litter of 4-5. and the new
sandwich voucher yields a litter of 5-6.
we also now allow our artists to choose whether they want to offer slots for free breedings. this means you require no voucher whatsoever. a free breeding has a max litter yield of 5 beardogs, with a 50/50 chance of each pup being standard or unique/mixed lines. there is a limit on how many beardogs you may take from any free breeding litter though: a single person can keep up to three beardogs, and a couple can keep up to 2 each. any remaining/extras rolled with be re-homed through exploration or giveaways. artists are not required to offer this service with every opening; so please do not always expect it.
NOTICE: if you currently own any breeding voucher, your voucher has been upgraded for free to the next tier. so your bread has become toast, and your toast has become a sandwich. you do not need to do anything or submit any form for this. just change over the icon in your inventory and when linking to the post where you purchased the breeding voucher, simply link to your original post; we will work out the rest β€οΈ
