displayed off-site as long as there is a link
back to this forum.
v. reselling of Sugarpaws is not allowed.
you may however trade one Sugarpaw
for another.
vi. Sugarpaws are a closed species,
and you may not make your own.
vii. please keep track of your Sugarpaw
in the archive.

𝓐: as many as you like! however, you may only adopt
one Sugarpaw at a time, ie one per litter, so everyone has a fair chance.

𝓠: do I have complete ownership of the Sugarpaw I adopt?
𝓐: yes, however this does not give you the freedom to claim, edit, or resell the artwork.

𝓠: can I use my Sugerpaw as a fursona or original character?
𝓐: yes, of course!

𝓠: what is my Sugarpaw's name and gender?
𝓐: those things are completely up to you! you may name and gender your Sugarpaw as you please.

𝓠: can I put my Sugarpaw in my forum signature?
𝓐: yes, go right ahead!

𝓠: Are Sugarpaws ever free?
𝓐: Yes! Any Sugarpaws not adopted from their litter for
C$ within a weeks time will be put into our pound for grabs! The pound is also FCFS!
Stray Sugarpaws also find refuge at our pound from time to time, these are random events!

𝓠: can I trade my Sugarpaw for a different UMA?
𝓐: as long as the other UMA allows for cross-species trading, you're free to trade your Sugarpaw.

𝓠: are refunds available if I change my mind?
𝓐: no, we do not offer refunds. if you want to give up
your Sugarpaw, simply PM the staff and it will be placed in our pound to be raffled.
