“Come! I’ll show you our land” EchoSun purred with a skip in her gait. She wandered along the mossy green path, paws quiet as her pale pelt brushed against the ferns.
“We have lots of undergrowth, but our territory also has lots of lilac trees and willows! Hence why I named it as such” she smiled kindly as she leads you through the fields that covered most of the territory. There was a soft babbling creek that rippled along the northern end, not deep enough that one must swim to cross, but enough of a border for other cats to be aware of. She stopped to take a drink as you inhaled the sweet scent of flowers that always seemed to be in bloom. Across the moor-like fields were small outcroppings of herbs and lavender, painting the soft green expanse with splashes of colour from the flowers. The air was sweet, as toward the south was the largest grove of trees, filled with cherry trees, willows, lilacs and maples.
“It’s just such a beautiful territory.” Echo mewed with a toothy grin as she bounded along the path. “It’s not too big, but we don’t need much land, as we have everything we need here.” Most of the prey that you could see were rodents and hares that sprinted across the fields. The territory was also shared with foxes and deer. “We don’t fight with them, thankfully we have an agreement where we share!”
She purred again, fur fluffing up against the soft breeze. “We don’t get too cold of winters thankfully, the weather here is very temperate. And to our west we have our most trusted allies! MistClan and us have a bond where we give them herbs and supplies and they protect us!” She smiled kindly, as if happy to have the group at their side.
“And on our east is a soft meadow area filled with moss and ferns! Where we first started our trek! It’s also where our camp is located. There’s another couple small creeks that supply us with water. But I can show you that later.” She winked at you, swishing her thick tail. “Thank you for joining me on patrol! You are truly blessed company.”
