After discussion, Kalon staff has decided to remove "missing limb" as a rare trait! Instead the trait will be moving to the non-rarity tier.
We felt this would be more inclusive to characters with disabilities, and that it made more sense seeing as how the trait already does not pass in breedings.
If you have a Kalon with missing limb, please check out the new voucher thread to see if you qualify for a rare edit in compensation!
From this point forward, all Kalons will require a reference that includes all limbs.
If you wish to give a Kalon a missing limb, it would work the same way as scars! You do not need an edit item, but you will need the approval of staff. You will need to fill out a form to update a Kalons reference after adding scars/missing limbs and getting staff approval!
If you with to remove the trait from an existing Kalon, the missing limb may be replaced with a limb that mirrors the already present limbs on the Kalon. You will need a staff members approval once the limb is added.
The limits for missing limb will be updated so now Kalons may only have 2 missing limbs maximum. The trait can now be used simultaneously with legendary traits that affect legs, such as hooves, where it was not previously allowed.

We would also like to remind users that any prosthetics added to Kalons must be removable, and you must have a reference without them. Please be sure that they do not mimic legendary traits such as cybernetics, and must be attached to a Kalon in a way that is clearly not permanant.

With this trait change, we will also be removing "missing paw pads" previously included under missing limbs. Removing paw pads from Kalons will no longer be allowed, except in cases such as legendary gene splices which change the feet [ie hooves, bird feet, etc].
This trait does not qualify for a voucher. Any Kalons that have missing paw pads do not have to update references, but the trait will not pass to any kits in the future.
