In order to receive approval you need to remove the extra tail, including the extra scales at the base of it
There also doesn't seem to be a mane of some sort, so that needs to be removed from the trait list

ah its not an extra tail its a split one so they're joined at the base and I wasn't sure if the extra fluffy chest would count as a mane so I put it just in case but ill take it off now

The tail needs to be split closer to the end so that it doesn't read as two tails
The extra scales need to be removed as well; the scales on the tail are supposed to remain unedited

I haven't actually touched the scales line wise other than redrawing over what was given I guess it just looks that way
I'm currently busy but I should have some time tomorrow to change the tail

Edit: Ive done that now and made the tail split more defined. I also updated the two refs i had posted with it
