i've gotta flesh out the spectral trait a bit more but this is a good concept design for it
the spectral event trait are the blue looking parts of the legs, the lineart for the legs should fade out into white or light blue, the design on the legs fade off into light blue ghost-y like appearance and faint stars and constellations should be seen on the spine and front legs of the chicoon!
this one also has missing tail, shaped flame, large patches of flame (ears) flame halo, and 3 flame colors ^U^
