I’m looking to use two custom edit potions on Chai;

I would like her to have brown ibex horns with gold and cerulean jewels
+ a long kirin tail with brown fur and jewels

So uh, could I get a sort of headless horseman themed CL? Like the body is there and then without the head, but the head is just a cat head shaped pumpkin / jack-o-lantern on the ground? So like it'd have ears and the face and everything still just ... as a pumpkin? Maybe have a cape or something on them with popped collar like a lot of media depicts?
As far as animation maybe bats floating near the cl? Or glowing/flickering eyes and face for the jack-o-lantern to depict that it's a jack-o-lantern?
