The mostly white molly let out a soft purr, giving the older leader a small nod after he was done speaking. "Well congratulations! I'm glad to hear that QuickClan and you are doing well. I'll be sure to inform Turtledove and Vaporwind." Peridotstar meowed, pausing briefly to look around in hopes to spot Vaporwind. With no luck the molly turned her attention back to Cyanstar once more. "You know if you guys ever need anything, HazeClan will be there to help. No questions asked."

Hearing Rosewillow speak and mention hos she liked his named, made the silver tabby tom shy in a different way. He ducked his head a bit, smiling as the calico molly spoke. "Leaders can have kits, as our leader just had her second litter. As for our healers... I don't think so. Although no cat has even asked... I know its a bit sticky I suppose with kits in our clan. Our leader she well she forbids just about any forbidden kind of relationships. Especially outside clan relations. However there have been a few rare cases." Stintspeckle explained. Sensing that Swanflight was a bit embarrassed, the black ticked tabby gave the other cat a small comforting nudge. "It's okay I promise." he meowed, trying to reassure them.

Richterstar's eyes widened, and he blinked away a mist of tears that quickly began to form. After the heartache surrounding his family, here was a seemingly healthy daughter standing right in front of him. It was everything he needed, and he smiled somberly. "I'm your father," he murmured quietly, the words rolling of his tongue as he digested what they meant. He knew that Deerdash was the mother of Conifèrescreech, but it was amazing to him that there was at least one more kit out there. "How many littermates to you have? Other than Conifèrescreech, of course," he purred, stumbling over his words slightly. He was nervous, nearly shaking, but he was excited to finally meet another of his numerous kits.
Rootwake shook her head sadly. She had lost contact with Eagle when the Neighborhood disbanded, but she had embraced her family with Lichenmurmur and Visontwist since then. Her heart warmed as Lycheewings spoke kind words about Lichenmurmur. "She never lets the little thing out of her site. She's taken to calling it Squeaks," she chuckled, ducking her head as she laughed at her sister. Only Lichenmurmur would be the one to try to hunt and mouse and ultimately make it a pet. Fondness for her sister made her heart swell with joy, and she turned her attention back to Lycheewings. "Family is one of the few things I hold dear to my heart. A cat who does not respect the ones they consider family worry me," she murmured. The way that some of her clanmates acted, keeping their noses in the air and avoiding the ones they love, make her feel like a family could fall apart at the drop of a leaf.
Tourbillonpelt nodded as Manateecall explained a few of the perks of splitting the Clan into multiple camps. If ChessClan continued growing at this rate, he might need to suggest such a thing to Richterstar. He quickly dismissed the thought, though, knowing that the cats of ChessClan are too close to ever be willing to separate into more than one camp. Family ties ran deep, and many of the first kits were now well into adulthood and raising their own families. "I don't think any cat could imagine themselves as a Clan cat before they become one," he murmured. The conversation continued without him as he lost himself in thought, wondering what life in SwiftClan could ever possibly be like. He finally came back to the present when Figspots asked Manateecall if he would ever consider becoming a leader or deputy. "I'd never be able to do it, with that many cats looking up to me. Your leader has to be stressed beyond belief," he murmured, a slight joke on the edge of his voice.
As Dustleaf spoke of pairs in her Clan, Tombecho smiled thoughtfully. When the molly wished good upon the Outback Runners, they dipped their head respectfully. "A family, led by their mother, joined us a few seasons ago. Wolverinedapple tries so hard to keep her kits together, and I can tell she's so terrified that our Clan will dissolve like their previous one did. Having to live with that constant worry would take me beyond where I could function," they murmured gently. Wolverinedapple was so strong, and yet Tombecho was able to see past their stony exterior and into their fear-filled heart.
Cooper was over the moon to hear that Gingerspring was likely to experience the northern lights for the first time soon. The way the blue, green, and purple hues danced and flashed across the sky was mesmerizing. The night Cooper had experienced the night had been a freak accident of nature, or so Pewee claimed. "When I was living just outside of the territory I now live in, I saw the lights once. I was barely awake, and then the sky suddenly lit up. It was breathtakingly beautiful, and I sat and stared at the sky for hours. When I told my mate, Pewee, about it, she told me it would never happen again. It had never happened that far south before, and she said it was likely something the twolegs did. I don't believe her, though. I swear our ancestors were smiling at us, choosing to show us the wonderful display as a sign of their happiness with the way Pewee had reconstructed AviaryClan. I would do just about anything to see the sky light up again, which is why I refuse to break any of the rules outlined to us by our ancestors. Perhaps, if we can make them as happy as they were that night, they will grace us with the northern lights again," he purred contentedly. His tail curled with delight as he reminisced about that day. He had a strong faith in the ancestors, perhaps even stronger than Pewee, and he believed nearly everything he saw was a sign from them. If a piece of prey was rotting, then they were displeased. If there was a sunny day that wasn't too hot, they were happy. He knew that he got on Pewee's nerves with his constant discussions about what his ancestors had told him through the Cooper's Hawk, but he conversed with his Soul Bird nearly every day. He knew that one day, his soul and knowledge and wisdom would be housed inside of the same Cooper's Hawk, along with generations of other Coopers. He shook his head and smiled at Gingerspring gently. "I cannot wait until you get to experience the lights for the first time. It is truly a life-changing experience," he murmured softly.
Crossbill dipped his head respectfully when Nightwing introduced himself. "My Clan splits the average population into Sparrows and Avocets. We have separate dens and patrol separately, but we both hunt and fight. The only difference is that Sparrows are males and Avocets are females. Perhaps Sparrows are more common to use brute force and strength while Avocets are more likely to use stealth and speed, but that falls to the distinction that the female cats are often thinner and carry muscle differently," he meowed. He knew that Sparrows were muscular, but muscle on an Avocet lended a hand to their speed and ability to use a larger cat's size against them. "It is a tradition that is as old as AviaryClan, and no cat is inclined to change it. On the topic of ShiningClan, that's a rather unusual name for a Clan. Is it always sunny in your territory?" he mused.
Ostrich's Cry chuckled lightly as Morninglight expressed her reluctance to pull Batpaw out of his rigorous training. Ostrich's Cry held no such qualms and knew she would always be willing to use her authority to take an apprentice for a sunrise or two of essential herb training. "I'm the only healer in my Clan, but we're a small enough Clan that we can survive with just me. I'm just wanting to share all of my knowledge before I'm considered too old to be of use," she chuckled. She cast a quick glance over her shoulder, wondering where Aardwolf's Mane had gotten off to. "You know how the young cats are, thinking you're old and out of date once you're eighty or so moons. I don't want to be considered the batty old healer," she rolled her eyes while stretching out one of her back legs. It gave a satisfying pop and she settled back into a comfortable sitting position.
Aardwolf's Mane was confused by Foxhop's energy. She'd never met a cat with endless amounts of energy that could infect the ones around them. "They're not dangerous in the slightest. They're very flighty creatures, but they are incredibly intelligent to be able to break into the fortress that is a termite mound. It takes aardvarks the brute force of their huge claws, but an aardwolf uses their cunning," she chuckled. As he moved on to asking about her spy work, she chose to bite her tongue and reveal as little about her position as possible. "There's no need to apologize, young one," she meowed, biting her tongue as she realized he was likely older than her. She often felt as old as the sky from the level of wisdom she held in her position, and it often came back to bite her when she assumed a cat was younger than her. "It's my first Gathering too, and every cat deserves to be excited about such a thing. It's strange being around so many cats, but you have to know when to pull back on the questions. As it is, you seem to be doing a fine job with that," she meowed.

Faondapple leaned into Bramblinglight as the molly expressed her gratitude. “It’s nice to have healer friends in other Clans. Our experiences shape us, and most cats don’t get us the way we get each other. That’s one of the reasons I cling to my mate, Tritonsnap, so tightly,” she bubbled. She realized that she didn’t think she had told Bramblinglight about her recent official mateship, and she ducked her head as she blushed. “It was recent, the official announcement. It took a long time for Tritonsnap to get Lionceauroar’s blessing, but he felt it was important to have my littermate be okay with our relationship before we made it official. The three of us have been friends since we were apprentices, but I think my brother worried that I was replacing him when I grew closer to Tritonsnap after Scinquepaw’s passing,” she meowed somberly. “I empathized with him. His sister died from an avalanche, and I barely survived one and only because StarClan knew I was needed as a healer,” she explained, but she began to shut the harsh memories out. She missed Scinquepaw, who had been her best friend before her passing, and she still felt strange that she had bonded with and fallen in love with Scinquepaw’s littermate over a shared grief of her death. As Bramblinglight went on to talk about one of her failures, Faondapple nodded knowingly. “My first loss was hard, too. The Clan was on the verge of war, so everyone was tense. Lacpaw was rightfully nervous and fell when climbing a tree. I tried to help, but StarClan called her home. Wolfwhiskers tried to tell me there was nothing I could have done, but I still feel like I failed her,” she murmured. Most cats could not shoulder the amount of loss that healers did, and Faondapple knew that Bramblinglight was unbelievably strong for still continuing to heal after experiencing loss and believing it to be her own fault.
Rootwake shook her head sadly. She had lost contact with Eagle when the Neighborhood disbanded, but she had embraced her family with Lichenmurmur and Visontwist since then.
